First time for everything!

My, My, My, here I am blogging. Something new but not really one of my life long ambitions. I always said there were some things I wanted to do before I die, i.e., learn the fly an airplane, see the Pacific Ocean..... Blogging wasn't on the list then. Computers were still new and the Internet--just a baby.
Really, I am glad to learn new things. In my line of work things are always changing, new regulations and requirements. One thing that I have noticed is that if you wait long enough the same ideas and notions will come back around. Maybe under a different name but still the same and will be advertised as new and improved. (I've always wondered if something can be new and improved at the same time???)
It makes me think of the Children of Israel. It seems that God was always bringing them back around - relearning lesson after lesson. What a bunch of complainers, whiners, non-obedient, people who did not rely on God nor believe him when he said he would take care of them! Wait...who was I talking about the Children of Israel or sometimes me? Sometimes God reminds me about his chosen people their mistakes and failures. He also reminds me that they were his "chosen" as I am his "chosen" and that in his selecting he desired to love me.
......Jesus loves me this I know for the Bible tells me so.
